Morning School Garden Club: Strawberries in the School Garden

Whether you are new to gardening or you want to share your expertise, Morning Garden Club is a series of mini webinars to connect with other school gardeners and learn specific tips for making your garden program a success!
Each month Wylde Center staff will host a Morning Garden Club with a 10-minute training or interview and then open the floor up for questions and discussion.
Grab your coffee and join for the entire session or hop on to ask a question! This is a casual, quick meet-up for educators, school garden coordinators, and volunteers to connect before the start of their school day.
February 1st: “Strawberries in the School Garden” Strawberries make an excellent addition to any school garden! They are a great way to learn about the life cycle and parts of the plant while providing a delicious treat that is beloved by most. Learn when to plant strawberries and how to care for them in this month’s Morning School Garden Club.
