Webinar: Garlic Gardening at Schools

Whether you are new to gardening or you want to share your expertise, Wylde Center’s Farm to School Webinar Series is designed to connect with other school gardeners and learn specific tips for making your garden program a success! Join for the entire session or hop on to ask a question. This is a casual, quick meet-up for educators, school garden coordinators, and volunteers to connect at the end of their school day.

November 2nd: “Garlic Gardening” Garlic is one of our favorite crops for any school or community garden! It is very easy to grow and keeps something green growing through the winter months without any maintenance. Plant it in November and it will be ready to pull out in May. Learn about the different varieties, when to plant it, and how to include students in planting.
