Wylde Gardening Series: Growing your Best Tomatoes

Growing tomatoes for the first time or wondering why last year was not a success for you? Join Stephanie Van Parys, our executive director, horticulturist, and long time vegetable gardener to learn more about growing tomatoes in the Atlanta area. Throughout the program she highlights tomato varieties that are both her favorites and that also thrive here in our southern climate. Other information that will be shared will be how to grow tomatoes in containers, disease prevention, pesty insects to watch for, and how to maintain a healthy tomato patch all summer long. This program is designed for the new gardener or for a seasoned gardener who would like to pick up new tips.⁠
