Decatur Housing Authority’s garden is a partner location with the Wylde Center’s other urban garden initiatives.
Purpose
Wylde center works on multiple plots around decatur to give the community enrichment and lovely plants to look at. This could be a fun group project for anyone interested in planning a garden. Help us continue to serve our community.
Role
We’ll be cleaning it up, repairing the soil, planting new plants, and other general beautification tasks. Volunteers will have the opportunity to make decisions on the layout and choosing plants. Please wear appropriate clothes and bring water.
