This fall we’ll explore the sights, sounds, smells and flavors that make this time of year a favorite for so many. Campers will observe how the season changes the garden and the plants and animals living in it. We’ll play fun Native American games, learn about some of their agricultural innovations, make cool crafts and sample some tasty, seasonal treats in what’s sure to be a memorable camp for all! On Friday we celebrate the end of camp with a day at our Hawk Hollow site where we’ll get to explore the creek, visit the Hobbit Houses, and try our hand at some animal tracking techniques!
Campers will need to be dropped off and picked up from Oakhurst Garden Monday through Thursday, and from Hawk Hollow on Friday.
Campers must bring lunch each day. A daily farm fresh snack is provided. There is a small camper to educator ratio with a maximum of 15 campers per session.
